Technical Services Supervisor @ Activity of leadership in projects mainly related to Tech. Transfers, but also Process development/validation of oral solid dosage forms. Also I deal with Product development. I manage five people. I have great experience with manufacturing processes of both multivitamin and analgesic products. I deal with herbal ingredients and Probiotics as well. I use pilot area for the development studies. Use of statistcal tools (control charts, ppk, DOE and similars) for process capability evaluation. My activities include problem solving, coordination of the operations in production area during the trials; cooperation with QC lab in identifying analytical test to be performed on products, revision and elaboration of the results; revision of protocol, report and working instructions issue by my collaborators. Transfer and Process Validation&Devlopment.I am also skilled in troubleshooting related to manufacturing process of pharmaceutical specialties. I am expert in wet granulation, tabletting ang coating processes. I am able to use Lodige/Diosna/Roto granulators, fluid bed dryers, Double-Cone/ V-Blender/ Novinox blenders, tablet presses, accelacota/ GS coating pans, printers. From November 2006 to November 2009 (3 years 1 month) Aprilia (LT) - ItalyQC & AD Group leader @ In my previous experience in Wyeth, I worked as a coordinator of QC (Quality Control) and AD (Analytical Development) analysts. In this role I assigned the activities to the analysts, reviewed the analytical results from the chemical tests, issued procedure. I also performed analysis by using HPLC, GC, UV, IR, ICP, Karl-Fisher. Finally I dealt in stability study. From July 2004 to October 2006 (2 years 4 months) Aprilia (LT) - ItalyCoordinator & Researcher @ I was involved in analytical method development for compounds of pharmaceutical interest. I worked at Chromatography Institute and applied HPLC, Capillary Electrophoresis and Mass Spectrometry techniques. In my role I also coordinated the other persons working in the department, reporting directly to the director. I published 8 scientific articles.
