She has been with TIAG since August 2014 and is responsible for generating and acquiring new talent for the company.As Executive Director of Talent Management, Caitlin is also responsible for developing and carrying out Talent Management processes and day-to-day operations. She also manages and coordinates nieghborhood efforts within TIAG, chairs several talent councils, and works with our on-boarding and training teams. ascertains and assesses the needs of the company’s workforce, and developes strategies to meet those needs. She also ensures that the company’s recruitment processes are efficient and effective, and oversees the development of Talent Management Systems.In her previous roles, Caitlin has been a Recruiting Specialist at pureIntegration and Human Resources Extern at Starwood Hotels & Resorts. She also worked at Novartis as Executive Director of Talent Acquisition for two years, before moving to TIAG.When not working, Caitlin enjoys spending time with her family and spending time outside. She is a huge TIAG fan and especially enjoys the company’s patriotic atmosphere.
