💼 Past Experience

When I first joined HUDDL3 Group, I was the Learning and Development Manager for their Health Fitness Specialist position. For the first six months, I was also the Talent Acquisition Manager for their Corporate Services department. I then moved to their Learning and Development Manager position for one year. After one year, I left to become the Learning and Development Consultant for Spencer Ogden. I worked at Spencer Ogden from March 2018 to June 2018. In that role, I was the Internal Recruiter for Americas. I worked with HR, the Talent Acquisition team, and recruiters to find and hire new employees. I also worked on various training and development projects. My most recent project was a learning project for their employees on how to use Fitbits to track their health.

From her undergraduate years at Louisiana Tech University, Caitlin Landis secured her professional education in Kinesiology and Exercise Science through the Master of Science in Sport Science program. Caitlin’s journey to her current position as an Exercise Scientist and Kinesiologist at an NFL team’s training complex took her through a process that included rigorous coursework and dedicated application to the field of Sport Science.
