Overall, he was very proud of the work that he did at Wal-Mart and especially hated having to deal with the stress of being a manager.McCormick also had experience in the management field. He was once a manager at Unitedweb and was successful in jumpstarting and growing the company's growth. He currently is the Human Resources Officer at Nextiva, which is a company that provides cloud-based communications and collaboration solutions.
