He was also responsible for communicating with different parts of the store and ensuring that everyone was on the same page. He was very proud of the work that he did at Sam's Club and especially hated having to deal with the stress of being a manager.McCormick didn't just want his employees to be productive, he wanted them to be proud of their work. He found that by setting high standards and monitoring employees' performance, he could ensure that they were meeting the company's goals. At Wal-Mart, he developed policies and procedures for the HR department and was responsible for maintaining employee files, organizing and tracking employee productivity, and disciplining employees. Overall, he was very proud of the work that he did at Wal-Mart and especially hated having to deal with the stress of being a manager.McCormick also had experience in the management field. He was once a manager at Unitedweb and was successful in jumpstarting and growing the company's growth. He currently is the Human Resources Officer at Nextiva, which is a company that provides cloud-based communications and collaboration solutions.
