Brooke is currently a Senior Executive Recruiter at FPC, which is responsible for helping to find and hire employees for a variety of positions in the fields of staffing and recruiting. As a Senior Executive Recruiter, Brooke is responsible for finding and Casting employees for all sorts of positions from coaching jobs to administrative jobs. In her pastime, Brooke is involved in many different activities that help support her work at FPC. She is a member of the company's Board of Directors and she also helps to contribute to the work that FPC does to enable them to be successful. Brooke is also an ambassador for diversity in the company, which is something she is passionate about. Brooke is actively involved in many different organizations, such as the Keene State Women's Basketball team and the University of North Carolina at Greensboro Women's Basketball team. Her most recent activity was as Director of Women's Basketball Operations at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She was till Assistant Basketball Coach at Christopher Newport University from July of 2014 to January of 2016.

Brooke and her husband, Shane, have been married since September 2022 and Brooke has been working in business and finance since September of that year. Brooke is a Master of Business Administration and has a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Franklin Pierce University.

Additionally, Brooke is an excellent communicator, both verbally and written, and is able to work successfully with both men and women. As a director of women’s basketball operations at UNC Greensboro, she was one of the most influential figures on the team and were integral in helping the Panthers reach their highest levels of success. With such a wealth of experience and the desire to help others, Brooke would be an excellent asset to any organization.
