Responsible for submitting qualified candidates to client vendor management systems.• Coordinated and assisted in scheduling technical and client interviews, including candidate interview preparation and debriefing.• Pre-closing candidates on job opportunity and maintaining communication with candidates in the fulfillment process to understand viability of candidate for the position.• Maintained a high level of daily/weekly production, measured against submittal, interview and placement activity. Managing all activity against Service Level Agreements (SLA's) set forth by clients, meeting or exceeding client expectations. • Managed job postings on internet job boards, user groups, and other internet sites-screening and pre-qualifying candidates responding to job postings.
