Software development is my profession as well as my passion. I have occasionally acted as a people manager but I insist to always be part of the development process and I prefer to do a substantial part of the actual coding. I am innovative, think out-of-the-box, handle complexity and at the same time focus on simplicity, quality and maintainability. I am a "geek with a family", passionate about technology in general and software development in particular - and yet I find that having a sensible life/work balance is important. I have experience with all phases of software development within finance, ERP, CRM, product configuration etc. Specialties: Software architecture, design and development with focus on quality and productivity by “keeping it simple” as well as sound practices and processes such as e.g. early (unit or developer) testing, SOLID principles and Continouous Delivery. Innovative thinking (I have filed three Microsoft patents). I prefer processes that provide fast feedback, Continuous Delivery being my current focus.
