From October 2008 to December 2010 (2 years 3 months) Sales and Market Development Director EMEA @ Responsibilities included securing new business, and creating new opportunities, as well as generating repeat orders from existing customers. Secured the companies first activity in the Femtocell market, which included developing relationships with mobile operators, OEMs and strategic partners. Assisted in the development of Tatara's value add proposition for a SIP/IMS based convergence solution for multiple services. From January 2007 to October 2008 (1 year 10 months) Vodafone Group Account Manager @ I was responsible for all of Tatara’s activities with Vodafone Group and the operating companies globally. Tatara Systems invents, develops, and deploys solutions for service and content providers who want to deliver converged mobile offerings to their customers across networks and devices. I led the companies drive to enable mobile convergent services in the market with Vodafone, selected strategic SI partners, and strategic product vendors. From July 2004 to January 2007 (2 years 7 months) Business Development Manager @ I was responsible for the introduction of VoluBills’ solution to the mobile operators in the UK and Ireland, and to gain introductions for the senior management team. VoluBill provides a hardware and software based solution that supports advanced IP mediation capabilities in support of post-paid and pre-paid billing models for mobile data/content services. From 2003 to 2003 (less than a year) Account Manager @ Responsibilities included generating new business within the wireline and wireless network operators as well as targeting ISPs and content service providers. My territory included the UK, Ireland, Spain and Portugal. I directly targeted GSM, GPRS, 3G, Network Carriers, Cable and PSTN operators with the XACCT IP mediation solution. Responsibilities included lead generation, senior level presentations, managing the bid response team and contract negotiation. I also preformed some relationship trouble shooting on existing XACCT accounts. XACCT provides an IP mediation solution. From 2000 to 2002 (2 years) Communications Industry Consultant @ I was a member of a 12 strong specialist team responsible for supporting all sales of CRM and ERP solutions to tier one and tier two communications operators in EMEA.
