My name is Brian Keller and I am a graduate from the University of St. Thomas. I am motivated by a challenge and in the opportunity to create. Since I was a kid in the sandbox I was driven by what I could build from nothing. The fact that something was not there before, and now there is because of what I have done, excites me. I am a born leader and will do whatever it takes to complete a task. I have run a franchise business, as well as co-founded one from scratch. I know the value of hard work and love the feeling of accomplishing a challenge as a team. I have learned nothing usually goes according to plan, but by problem solving and working together, there is nothing that can’t be done. Every challenge I have been faced with, I look at as an opportunity to learn and grow as an individual. I live my life based on the decisions I make. I am determined to succeed and want to make a difference in the lives of individuals along the way.
Founder @ Love Your Melon is a brand apparel company that gives a hat to every child battling cancer in America, funds childhood cancer research initiatives and support for children and their families. Through the treatment process, the children begin to lose their hair and need something to help restore confidence and hope. Our gifts of warm winter hats made of a 100% cotton in the USA lift the spirits of the children and their support group. To date we have sold over 50,000 hats and provided therapeutic treatments for children all across the country. With that, we have now sold enough hats to personally give one to every child battling cancer in America. We set out in January across the east coast to bring events to college and university campuses to educate the public of the difficulties these children face and put a smile on as many children's faces as we could. Now, with over 2,000 Campus Crew Members, our foundation is growing nationally and internationally through our tours, online presence, events, fundraisers and benefits. Each one of us is only an individual, but it is amazing what can happen when we all come together. From October 2012 to Present (3 years 3 months) Student Communicator @ I call alumni, parents, and supporters of the University of St. Thomas, in order to raise money for the St. Thomas Annual Fund. I have learned how to handle objections in order to turn negatives into positives. I have raised over $50,000 for the Annual Fund and it has taught me how to communicate effectively with sales goals in mind. From September 2011 to January 2014 (2 years 5 months) Sr. Franchisee @ As a franchisee at College Pro I ran a $26,000 dollar window washing business in 2012 and am striving for $60,000 this summer. I hired employees, booked and scheduled jobs, communicated with customers, and cleaned windows. From March 2012 to September 2013 (1 year 7 months)
