User interface development for Ad Operations campaign management tools and preparation for this tool to be opened up to third party clients to manage their own campaigns. Introduced the UI team to test driven development and a front end build system using node and grunt. Introduced the company to Kanban and managed the user interface development project this way. Improved the campaign charting tool as needed by the Ad Operations team and implemented time zone aware reporting. Supervised two other front end developers, conducted code reviews, wrote manual test plans for new interface features. Tested the product. Conducted sprint retrospectives.
