jihadist group plot against USThe terrorist group plot against the United States was uncovered in a recent Homeland Security report. The plot involved planning to bomb federal buildings and kill Americans. The report does not name the terrorist group, but it is likely that it is the same organization that is responsible for the attempted bombing of the Environmental Protection Agency in Cincinnati, Ohio on Christmas Eve 2009.Prints of the disturbing plot and drawings that were done to help plan the attack were found among the belongings of one of the terrorists. The plot was discovered after the terrorist were identified as members of a jihadist group that is working to provided an item to a terror plot against the United States. The item that the terrorist is hoped to receive is a bomb that is specifically designed to kill people inside the United States.This is not the first time that a terrorist group has tried to provide a bomb to a plot against the United States. In December 2007, members of the terrorist group known as al-Shabab plotted to attack a Binghampton, New York synagogue. The plot was discovered after a critical review of the group's Facebook page revealed that they had been planning to include a bomb in their attack.
