A senior HR professional with a strong international outlook who helps large corporates deal with complex global or European compensation and benefits challenges. I create and manage agile, commercially sustainable performance and reward frameworks. A common tread throughout my career has been leading global remuneration and benefits transformation programmes.
My career has developed through a series of tough in-house roles in FTSE 50 and Fortune 100 businesses, in the energy, IT, tobacco, consumer goods and FinTech sectors. Roles that mean my experience and knowledge is truly global, covering the BRIC, MINT, EU, Eastern Europe, Africa, Middle East, North America, and Asia Pac markets.
I have demonstrable strategic experience across the spectrum of the Reward function including: RemCo matters, executive remuneration, global mobility, employee benefits, employment tax compliance, HR systems and analytics, and pensions. The depth of my knowledge means I'm also at ease addressing tactical and operational detail. Those I work with often describe me as possessing gravitas, strategic nous and sound commercial judgment. These attributes have been refined in challenging non-executive director (NED) positions across the fields of education, talent development, and corporate governance.
At the same time, in the non-corporate world, I'm committed to continuing to assist young adults develop their talent and to helping improve the effectiveness of organisations that most impact young people’s lives.
