From 2015 to Present (less than a year) Director - Supply Chain and Fleet Services @ Managed all aspects of strategic sourcing, contract administration, procurement, materials distribution, logistics, transportation, fleet acquisition, fleet fuel strategies, and fleet maintenance in a multi-state and multi-company electric and gas utility holding company. Reported to Executive Vice President, Integrys Business Support centralized services organization. • Led centralized supply chain and fleet services team of 170 non-union and union professionals. • Developed/managed sourcing, contract administration, and procurement processes for $1B of annual spend. Managed complex and/or confidential sourcing transactions, including customer support outsourcing; frequency spectrum for a distributed automation project; activated coke for a pollution control system; outsourced IT application engineering and support services; new ERP platform for HR, supply chain and finance; and long-term supply contracts for utility materials and services. • Led contract negotiations and implementation for high level procurement contracts, merger related contracts and confidential transactions. • Responsible for materials inventory, warehousing and logistics, supporting 6 public utilities, 30 locations across 4 states, >100,000 sku’s, >3,000 suppliers, and >$80M in inventory. • Responsible for management of over 4,000 fleet assets including maintenance, acquisition, and fuel hedging. • Achieved high percentage of supplier diverse business spend From 2005 to 2015 (10 years) Executive Director - Global Sourcing & Supply Chain @ Responsible for entire supply chain operations utilizing multiple domestic and international facilities in Korea, China, Singapore, Mexico, and the Philippines. Reported to COO. • Established and ran global end-to-end supply chain to deliver over 2.5M semiconductor modules per day to mobile phone manufacturing customers including Apple, Samsung, Nokia, and Ericsson. • Selected by CEO to lead spin off and integration with new company - Skyworks Solutions, Inc. • Provided end-to-end supply chain fulfillment which led to meeting or exceeding financial targets for 13 sequential quarters. • Directed S&OPS process and managed quarterly revenue fulfillment targets. • Managed complex and/or confidential sourcing transactions, including wafer fabrication and semiconductor manufacturing outsourcing; and long-term supply contracts for wafer fab and semiconductor packaging. • Managed quality team in an interim position while searching for a new quality director. • Awarded quality award by Samsung VP of Quality for contributions to resolve a quality issue which impacted a Korean production facility. Reported to the President - Space and Communications Group. • Recruited to direct supply chain and supplier quality to gain control over soaring electronic component cost. • Led team of 400 to restructure supply chain, component, survivability, and reliability engineering. • Enterprise accountability for manufacturing planning/support, global sourcing, and logistics. • Managed component engineering, materials, and process engineering for high reliability space applications. • Reduced cost of electronic components by 30% per spacecraft by restructuring supply chain and implemented Lean/Six Sigma engineering and quality methodologies.
