From late 2011 had full feature ownership (Program Management) of the Editors’ Picks feature (with several millions pageviews weekly) including feature backlog, release plan, cooperation with partners and partner teams, feedback gathering, requirements, improving the performance and the user interface. Went through a set of intensive performance and relevance reviews and finally shipped Bing Editors’ Picks in both US and UK. Coordinated all team activities for both London and Wroclaw offices together with v-team coordination of US editorial and triggering teams. Finished with a smooth and successful transition of the feature to STC-India. Provided the management of software teams working on parts of InsERT GT ERP system or satellite products (e-commerce, mobile sales etc.). Managed all software releases and changes and was responsible for resolving resource conflicts.
Was also responsible for product management and usage scenario consultancy of some projects (including parts of the mobile sales system, online sales system, product and price aggregator, our ERP solution and electronic commerce solution for eBay and Allegro).
Delivered innovative envisioning and plan execution for a modern software development strategy of InsERT including: the introduction of Microsoft Solution Framework based methodology, daily builds, automated testing, virtualization and modern team communication.
Was deeply involved in general strategic company-wide software-related planning and consultancy (as a member of the board of directors) and various funding-related activities finalized by the transaction with TETA SA (now part of the Dutch UNIT4: www.unit4.com) – the company which invested in InsERT.
Has a very extensive knowledge of Microsoft strategy, initiatives, products and people. Was responsible for the Microsoft ISV partnership management, attaining the highest Gold partner level, Windows 2000, Windows XP and Windows Vista software certification and gaining new partner competencies. Co-created a Polish Chapter of IAMCP (International Association of Microsoft Certified Partners) with InsERT as a funding partner. Helped IAMCP by acting as vice-president (http://www.iamcp.org).
Provided expert services as a jury of Microsoft ImagineCup in Poland (2007).
