As the Global Head of Creative and Experience Design for eBay Enterprise, Billy led a diverse team of marketing, UX and Studio creatives to deliver integrated solutions that drove engagement, transaction and loyalty.
Additionally, Billy served as the Chief Creative Officer of both True Action and The Silverlign Group, the marketing services agencies within eBay Inc. He was also a member of the eBay Inc. Design Advisory Board led by John Maeda focused on activating Design Thinking principles throughout the organization. From January 2012 to January 2015 (3 years 1 month) Chief Creative Officer @ True Action is the commerce marketing services agency within eBay Enterprise.
