I am a geophysicist with a broad background in both deepwater and onshore oil and gas exploration and development. I specialize in integrating geophysical technology with geology and petrophysics to aid in the discovery and efficient development of unconventional reservoirs.
Most recently, I have developed and currently manage the geophysical program at EnerVest, Ltd. As Director of Geoscience Technology, I also manage the GIS and petrophysical functions as well as geoscience specialty software/subscriptions at EnerVest. EnerVest is a privately held company that is recognized as one of the largest and most successful managers of oil and gas assets for institutional investors and currently manages diversified assets valued at over $9 billion. The company currently operates more than 28,000 wells in 17 states across the continental United States. EnerVest is also the managing partner for EV Energy Partners (NYSE: EVEP), a publicly traded upstream Master Limited Partnership focused on acquiring and operating oil and gas properties.
