Under her energetic leadership, A.T. Kearney has been recognized as one of Working Mother magazine’s Top 100 Employers, as a Top Employer for Working Mums, and been on DiversityMBA’s 50 Out Front for Diversity Leadership List. Prior to her Diversity & Inclusion role, Beth was a Principal in A.T. Kearney’s Organization & Transformation Practice, where she led numerous strategy and organization transformation engagements for global clients in the consumer products, financial services, and automotive industries. Beth is an active leader both inside and outside of A.T. Kearney. In addition to driving the firm's Diversity and Inclusion focus, she also is a member of the International Ombuds Association and is an acting ombudsperson for A.T. Kearney's Global Omsbudsperson Program.
