Tour Guide @ My responsibilities include leading public tours for tourists and prospective students, adapting to tour route changes due to construction, and answering questions about campus life, academics and more From July 2014 to Present (1 year 6 months) Tech Caller @ My responsibilities include calling MIT alumni to fundraise for the MIT annual fund and keep them connected to the MIT community. I specialize in calling alumni who have never donated, a task generally regarded as undesirable and difficult. I also train new callers in how to talk to and solicit alumni and how to use CampusCall software. From September 2013 to Present (2 years 4 months) Systems Manager @ My responsibilities included extending and maintaining a library of Bash, Python, Perl and C scripts and programs. I also debugged a multitude of Latex errors and assisted with formatting for student papers. I coordinated with MIT administration to facilitate use of MIT resources, as well as troubleshooting and fixing audio/visual equipment and related software.
