After completing his education, he worked for his college’s graduation ceremonies for 3 years as a Public Relations and Information Officer. Vanderwert then moved on to work for HCL in the Scottish technology company for a little over a year as a Technical Recruiter. During his time with HCL, he was responsible for developing and implementing arecruitment process. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 kids.
