In his role as a retail consultant, Ben Rosenfeldassisted retailers growth through his seminal work on developing theStoreBin program at Homemade Events. He also served as the Chief Operating Officer at Body Central, responsible for day-to-day operations in the retailer’s physical stores and online store. Additionally, from November 2014 to January 2015, he was the Vice President of Store Operations - Retail & Outlet at Kenneth Cole Productions. There, he directevelopedAndromeda, a new sneaker line that became successful in both the U.S. and international markets. Ben left Kenneth Cole Productions in October 2014 to assume his role as District Manager at Charlotte Russe. There, he increased sales and viewership of the adoration's biggest production house. At Wet Seal, Ben led theCharge line, which became the first collection of ready-to-wear sunglasses to ship globally and rack up over 1 million sales. He then shifted his focus to Gadzooks, developing a successful line of womenswear and accessories. In February 2001, Ben assumed the role of District Manager at Lacoste, where he led the company to annual sales growth of 20%. He later left Lacoste to relocate to France, where he took the reins at The House of Horribles, one of the most renowned French lifestyle brands. There, he developed a successful line of fashion underwear and accessories. From June 2016 to September 2020, Ben joined Field of Roses, where he served as the District Director for Retail Operations. Finally, Ben @ Homemade Events assumed the role of Co-Founder, CEO, and President, re-launching the company in September 2020.
