To best assist clients my therapeutic approach is characterized in general, as being client centered, the therapeutic relationship being of the utmost importance in establishing a safe working environment for personal and professional exploration, growth, and change if necessitated. I rely on several different modalities of psychotherapy to help best serve my clients based on their individual needs. These modalities could include Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, Reality Therapy, Brief Therapy, Behavior Therapy and Transactional Analysis. These techniques are utilized to different degrees based upon the individuals, or families’ needs. I also have experience incorporating these modalities into a career counseling environment.
I have led different types of discussion groups with families, educational groups and worked in a one on one environment with clients.
