Barry Mills began his career in 1985 as an Operations Manager at Inova Health Sciences, a hospital system in the Metro area of Washington. He held a variety of positions during his career at Inova Health Sciences, including Vice President and General Manager of the Retail Pharmacy, Deputy Vice President of Human Resources, and Vice President and General Manager of the Hospitality Division. Barry Mills left Inova Health Sciences in 2001 to become the interim President and Chief Operating Officer of Dental Career Services, a career services company providing oral health care services to small business owners and their families. Barry Mills’s responsibilities as President include leading and managing the company’s day-to-day operations, as well as developing strategic plans and executing on goals set by the company’s board of directors.In 2006, Barry Mills founded i4 Search Group, a search engine optimization firm. He also became the President of Pair Up LLC, a franchising firm specializing in the development and management of restaurant chains.
