💼 Past Experience

He has worked in the field of media production for more than 5 years. In 2011, he started working as a Data Scientist at the company Pakistan Tehnical Broadcasting Corporation (PTBC) where he was responsible for analyze, organise and compile data from different media platforms for marketing and research purposes. He also worked as a project manager for a data analytics initiative which monitors the performance of the broadcaster. In 2013, he rejoined PTBC as a Business Development Manager. There, he was responsible for developing company’s business and expand its reach through internet and print media. He also directed marketing for PTBC’s golf tournaments and disaster relief operations. In 2015, he started working as a Research Engineer at the company. There, he focused on developing cutting-edge technology research projects. He successfully completed 3 projects which aimed to improve the efficiency of marketing campaigns and analyse customer data. In 2016, he joined the board of directors of the company. There, he reviews and approves the company’s strategy and progress.Since joining PTBC, Baqar Jafri has worked extensively with customer service, managing customer relationships and improving their productivity. He has also managed and presided over a number of professional development courses for his employees. When he was younger, BaqarJafri loved reading new books and dreaming of working in the industry he loved. After leaving college, Baqar started working as a proofreader and copyeditor. He then worked as a marketing and corporate communications consultant for a few companies before starting his own business in 2017.
