Baiju is currently a senior investment manager in Ingenious Investment's clean energy team. The role involves leading on the valaution, acquisition and asset management of Ingenious's ground mounted solar and Feed in Tariff wind portfolios. Prior to joining Ingenious, Baiju spent five years working for the RES Group where his role included the financial and operational integration of renewable technology businesses (PV, solar thermal and biomass) into the RES portfolio, policy analysis (Electricity Market Reform, Feed in Tariffs) and Finance Director of RES's advisory business. This latter role included full internal accounting responsibility to Board level and external auditors with respect to the Advisory Business but also the provision of advice on the financial case for renewables to global companies and public sector organisations.
