The Baiba CISM team is a highly skilled and experienced I.T. team. We have a deep understanding of managing and managing technology infrastructure. The team members have a strong belief in continuous improvement, and are always looking for ways to improve efficiency and Tower security.In my role as a Sr. Technology Leader, I enjoy working with team members to help them grow and develop their skills. I am constantly challenge their ideas and find ways to improve their work. I enjoy building and maintaining relationships with team members, and am always looking to improve team productivity and relationships.My experience with NetDevOps and Automation has taught me how to manage and monitor technology systems.
