Autumn Rashid is Director of Operations at DoverStaffing, Inc., a full service staffing firm in Atlanta, GA. In her role, Autumn manages relationships with some of DoverStaffing’s top public and private sector partners, as well as oversees myriad administrative and financial functions. Autumn is responsible for strategic growth plans, Human Resource policy and procedure creation, and multiple Dover Family Brand initiatives. Prior to joining the Dover Team, she was a Satellite Branch Sales Representative at Enterprise Rent-A-Car Corporation, an internationally recognized car rental/sales brand with more than 6,500 neighborhood and airport locations in the United States, Canada, the U.K., Ireland, Germany, France and Spain, as well as franchise locations throughout Europe. While with Enterprise, Autumn acted as a liaison between one of Enterprise’s Atlanta area satellite operations and multiple; insurance agencies, automotive dealerships, and other corporate customers. Often reaching the top of Enterprise’s sales matrix, she occasionally conducted internal audits and revenue improvement initiatives.
Autumn holds an MPA with an emphasis in Public Policy from Clark Atlanta University, in Atlanta, GA. Her research interest focused on improving the way small business contractors interfaced with the federal government. Her research allowed her the opportunity to analyze and provide better strategic direction in her current professional role.
