Strategic Resource Manager @ The Strategic Resource Manager (SRM) has various roles within the company from sales management to customer relations/retention as well as marketing and advertising. Working directly with the CEO, CFO, CSO, sales leaders, marketing team, as well as corporate to make sure the sales staff has the support and tools necessary to complete their jobs effectively and efficiently.
This includes but is not limited to:
Direct oversight of sales activity, production, reporting, and organization of the sales team
Training and set up of new producers, acquisitions, and mergers
Integration of CRM, BMS, outlook, inside view, riskmeter, and numerous other tools
Advertising, marketing, and branding coordination
Event planning and organization
New product roll-out (training, IT, and leadership)
Lead generation and prospecting campaigns From July 2012 to Present (3 years 6 months) Greater Seattle AreaOwner @ I do occasional automotive work in my free time in which I brand as "Modalley". This side work focuses on car customization for those looking to set themselves apart from the crowd at car shows and events. Most of the work I do is based around custom headlights which include leds, hids, demon eyes, halos, and projector retrofits. I also specialize in fender rolling for those who get a larger wheel/tire set up and want to prevent rubbing as well as possible damage to the vehicle.
Over the past 12 years I have developed my skills, increased my footprint within the car community, and made a lot of new life long friends in the process. This is not only my hobby and passion but it's a great way to get others involved in an ever growing family. From January 2002 to Present (14 years) Agent @ While working at State far I started in a 90% service to 10% sales role which quickly transitioned into a 25% service / 75% sales split over the first year. My major functions were to create a customer relationship with every current client in our system, handle their insurance needs, then cross sell based on their needs. I also became proficient in cold calling, prospecting, and leveraging associations to gain new clients within our existing market. Working both individually as well as a team we developed our sales plan, managed and tracked our own goals, and within our second year set the record for most yearly sales within our office. From May 2010 to July 2012 (2 years 3 months) Repair Specialist @ During my college years I started working at Slabjack as an assistance. My major role was to shovel silt, mix concrete, lay out materials, and clean up after the job was done. Throughout my time at Slabjack the owner recognized my skills with the customers and appointed me Repair Specialist, a position that did not exist prior. This position required me to reach out to new and existing customers, explain our new process of concrete repair, set up appointments based around their schedule, find new and creative ways to repair broken or sinking concrete slabs, then repair them to the customers satisfaction. Since this was a new avenue for the company I was also in charge of tracking all progress, sales, costs, repairing any equipment, and reporting all activities to the owner. The position became so lucrative that they have expanded it into a permanent role within the company. From May 2007 to August 2009 (2 years 4 months)
