It has been eight years that Ashwath has been working in the various technical fields across industries. Starting his career as a Research Assistant Engineer at Infosys, he has now reached the level of Senior Research Engineer and has working closely with various unrelated companies such as Qualcomm and Nvidia.Deep Learning, Machine Learning, and Computer Vision have been his longstanding patterns of interests; and he is really excited in the current state of the field. With the help of Maxwell and TensorFlow, these fields are getting more and more accessible, making it easier to develop these types of algorithms. Furthermore, the number of researchers working in the field is also growing constantly, which makes it easier to share best practices, and create collaborations between these researchers.He has also taken part in several notable conferences and meetings such as went to the CPS20 conference in March, was a keynote speaker at the International Conference on Underwater Computing(ICUC) in July, and was a participant in the International Conference on Robotics Technology(ICRT) in December.Overall, Ashwath is extremely excited in the current state of the field and can definitely see the future of this field developing really quickly.
