Ashutosh Shukla is AVP and Senior IT leader at Infosys responsible for Travel, Hospitality and Services Sector in Americas (USA/Mexico/Lat AM)
Prior to joining Infosys he worked for L&T. He was with Mindtree for 14 years. He joined Mindtree when it was a USD 6 Million company and helped company grow to USD 600 Million through his business development efforts and large strategic deals. While at Mindtee he was instrumental in opening marquee accounts like AIG, AMEX, The Home Depot, Pepsi, Kraft. He also managed sales team for USA. He led his team to win account like Kodak, Marriott, South West Airlines, P&G and many more. During his long stay at Mindtree he played various senior management and strategic roles such as Global Head for Travel Vertical (P&L of 102 Million).
Prior to joining Mindtree, Ashutosh worked at IBM (ASEAN/SA) at Kuala Lumpur as Marketing Manager for Unix Servers. He was with IBM from 1995 till 2001. During this tenure he also worked on an assignment as Product Manager for IBM AS/400 servers at Rochester, MN. He started his career at Wipro Infotech Limited in 1992.
Ashutosh holds Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a University Gold Medal winner at MBA from one of India’s premier institutes – R. A. Podar Institute of Management, Jaipur.
In 2005 Ashutosh was nominated by Mindtree to attend a course on negotiation at Harvard and in 2009 Ashutosh was nominated by Mindtree to attend a Management Development Program at Wharton
