Starting out my career in human resources, I would like to mention my experience as a recruiter and employee Relations Manager. Before starting my current role as a Senior Manager, Recruiting Operations at Cruise, I worked at Logitech as a Financial Service Officer. I also had a brief stint as an Assistant Manager at Fremont Bank, where I managed recruitment and operations for the company’s Global Strategic Recruiting Program. I also worked at Google as a Recruiting Coordinator from November 2011 to October 2012. At Cruise, I manage the recruitment process for the company’s considerable staff. As a Senior Manager, I am responsible for all aspects of human resources, including culture, development, and management. I amorated human resources and operated the recruitment process for massive layoffs at Cruise in early 2018. I have also worked closely with Instacart, a momentous e-commerce company. I was promoted to Assistant Manager at Instacart from November 2018 to January 2019. In my previous roles, I have excelled in managing multipleProjects simultaneously and haveandskilled organizational development.
