• Engaged with clients to gather requirements, devise solutions and develop a custom Siebel Life Sciences CRM Application.

• Performed the role of Defect Prevention Representative. Responsibilities included ensuring defect prevention in the code written (by conducting regular code reviews) by all of the team’s developers.
• Designed, produced and managed Configuration Management activities.Executed Peer Reviews, Unit Testing and Documentation activities. These activities were crucial for defect tracking and defect logging. Documenting these activities provided a quick reference that helped reduced future defect resolution.
• Coached and supported the company’s world-wide Sales operatives on use of custom Siebel CRM Applications. This activity helped Sales operatives correctly use the Siebel CRM Application to record potential customer opportunities as well as make modifications to an track existing customer Accounts. With the information correctly logged into the SIebel CRM Application, management was able to get a clearer picture, by way of an easy-to-use dashboard, of all potential as well as existing customers and information about actual and potential revenues from each account over different time periods.
