I am a freelance marketing specialist and independent sales representative. I have worked in a number of different industries, including sales and marketing for technology startups, digital marketing for various retail brands, and sales and customer service for consumer products companies.For the past few years, I have been working as the head of marketing for a startup called Groove. Groove is a provider of patented products that add stability to bicycles, making it easy to teach kids to ride. Groove products are available online and in physical stores.The company is a spin out from the Thayer School of Engineering and the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. It was founded in 2009 by two Dartmouth professors. Groove's CEO is my boss. He is also the founder and CEO of the company's largest client, Greg Norman Estates.My job as the head of marketing for Groove is to help the company grow, and achieve its goals. My job is to strategy and manage the company's marketing and PR efforts, as well as build and manage the company's digital and social media initiatives. Additionally, I am responsible for the company's online programs, events, and public relations efforts.One of the things I am most passionate about is helping businesses grow. I believe that through marketing efforts, small businesses can achieve great things. I work with my boss to develop marketing plans that support the company's growth and achieve its goals. I help SCHEDULE and execute online programs, events, and public relations activities to support the growth of the company. I also help create sales enablement tools, including presentations, case studies, reports, and infographics.I enjoy working with clients, and I have the pleasure of working with some of the world's top companies. I have had the opportunity to work for some of the most admired companies in the world, and my goal is to help them achieve their goals. Ashleigh Harris completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Colorado Boulder in 1998 and then completed her graduate studies at the Semester At Sea program in 2001. After completing her Post-Baccalaureate Studies at Saint Francis High School, Ashleigh Harris got her administrative certification in 2002.Prior to her education, Ashleigh Harris worked as a research economist at e-Loan Solutions, a economic research firm in Boulder, Colorado from 1998-2001. She also worked as a research assistant at the Colorado State University working on various studies focused on globalization, economic stability and education.Ashleigh Harris is a graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder with a B.A. in Psychology in 1998 and then a Post-Baccalaureate Studies at Saint Francis High School in 2001. The focus of her studies were in International Economics, Globalization and Psychology. Ashleigh Harris has a degree from the Semester At Sea program in 2001 which she completed in order to gain administrative certification.Ashleigh Harris has a background in research, administration and policymaking. She has worked in a number of different roles (research economist, research assistant, policy analyst) in order to develop and implement policies that focus on educational and economic outcomes for citizens in her region. In her work experience, she has found that trying to improve the educational outcomes for citizens in her region has been a successful endeavor.
