Armughan Rafat has over 10 years of experience in the technology and business worlds. Rafat began his career in 2007 as a data scientist at Clarivate Analytics, where he worked on a wide range of reporting and analytics projects. In 2013, Rafat returned to Clarivate and was promoted to Chief Data Officer. He was responsible for all data processing, data analysis, and data communication within the company. Rafat also served as the development manager for the company's flagship product, which was called call center reporting. Rafat's experience with data science and machine learning helped him develop the product's features, and he also helped to make changes to its architecture to improve its performance. He also led a project to implement Cisco Unified VoIP into the company's call center. In 2018, Rafat joined the Advertising Specialty Institute as EVP, Global CTO. There, he oversaw all aspects of technology and strategy for the firm, from application development to project management.
