The Space Systems Company (SSC) is one of five key Lockheed Martin Businesses with annual sales of $9 Billion and ~33,000 employees (includes wholly owned subsidiaries, joint ventures, and independent operations etc.). Space Systems, has major operations in Denver, CO., Sunnyvale, CA., Huntsville, AL., Cape Canaveral, Colorado Springs, Herndon VA and other U.S. based locations, along with operations in the United Kingdom and other Global sales offices.I am responsible for developing the Human Capital Strategy for making our workforce a competitive advantage. I provide leadership for delivery of all HR products and services, including; workforce planning, talent acquisition, talent management, succession planning, leader development, training, compensation, performance management, rewards and recognition, labor relations, diversity, inclusion and equal employment opportunity programs.
