Ph.D. Candidate @ I work in the Medical Vision Group under the supervision of Prof. Polina Golland. I am working on multi-modal analysis of functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (fMRI) and Diffusion Weighted Imaging (DWI) data to explore the structural-functional relationship in the brain. My current research employs a probabilistic graphical model to combine fMRI and DWI.
I am also interested in using functional connectivity measures from resting-state fMRI data to predict the effects of neuro-psychiatric diseases such as schizophrenia and social anxiety disorder (SAD). From January 2008 to Present (8 years) Graduate Student @ I completed my M.Eng. in the Digital Signal Processing Group under the supervision of Prof. Alan V. Oppenheim. My thesis focused on signal approximation using an anti-aliasing frequency warping. From September 2006 to September 2007 (1 year 1 month)
