💼 Past Experience

A few months after joining Google, Aparna Sinha started her own company called Anthos which is Twisted Release archaeological sites, looting, and excavation company. Time spent at Google6 monthsGoogle was my first job out of college and it was great to work at a company that emphasizes innovation. I started my job at Google in 2004 and I was the product manager for theR&D team responsible for developing faster clock distribution network for Itanium micro-processor. I also worked on design and testing embedded devices for high-speed telecom switch and on group product manager for Kubernetes at Google from April 2017 to April 2019. I also served as a lead product manager for Google Kubernetes Engine from V 1.2 onward. While at Google, I developed knowledge on x86 server virtualization and related IT transformation and helped create a blueprint for infrastructure consolidation at multiple enterprises. In my last year at Google, I was associate / senior associate in the Business Technology Office. I also developed expertise in software as a service and cloud computing. I was the director of product management at Google when I hired and led the product team for Google Kubernetes Engine from V 1.2 onward.

🎓 Education

Aparna Sinha has a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University. Aparna Sinha's major research concentration is on control and power systems. She has also done research on sub-micron MEMS sensors, smart materials and nanostructured substrates for energy storage.Aparna Sinha is, currently, an Assistant Professor at UC Berkeley. Her areas of research focus are control, power and energy systems, sub-micron MEMS sensors,smart materials and nanostructured substrates for energy storage. She has published articles in leading journals such as Science, IEEE Transactions on Power Mul- low System, IEEE International Conference on Robotics and Automation and IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing.
