-Ensure a smooth and successful transition to a new content management system by serving as a Subject Matter Expert for the online shop, partnering with IT/Vendors to outline functional requirements and specifications, participating in usability testing, identifying issues and proposing enhancements.
-Manage benchmarking projects by reviewing the online marketplace and suggesting site improvements to ensure the online shop stays current/competitive, such as exploring and proposing integration of social media.
-Own complete setup and maintenance of product/collection pages across categories, including validating all elements of the product page (pricing, cross sells, etc.), editing copy, partnering with vendors on images/swatches, fulfilling Scene 7 requests, and resolving live site issues.
-Lead the end-to-end process for the trafficking of web-only copy, including liaising with Merchants/Copy Team, building schedules for data delivery and ensuring copy launches on targeted site dates.
