Guided the product direction for two brand new Acrobat Services apps, consisting of an online form builder and a file sharing service. Conducted research that identified user needs and usability improvements. Designed and implemented teaser websites for each new app to generate excitement around the impending launch. Collaborated with the community relations team on version two of the Acrobat.com Blog. Created a new, more polished, layout informed by content hierarchy and built the custom Wordpress theme.
