At CRUK I look after the IT Services (ITS), Supporter Services Operations (SS&Ops), Corporate Resources (CR) and Digital teams. The Corporate Resources (CR) department comprises of Property Services, Finance, Procurement, Corporate Projects and Treasury functions and support the infrastructure of the charity. The teams support the commercial strength of CRUK, through effective procurement practices, professional property administration, well-managed investments and sound financial management . The IT Services (ITS) team Support Cancer Research UK in bringing forward the day when all cancers are cured, through the provision and exploitation of appropriate information technology, systems and services. The Supporter Services and Operations (SS&OPs) team plays a vital role in delivering the supporter experience. They carry out a wide variety of work, from answering supporters' queries and processing their donations to sending out thousands of supporter packs. At CRUK I provide; - Specialist advice and support on planning and delivery of recruitment across Cancer Research UK, with particular focus on creative, cost effective candidate sourcing to be able to identify the right candidate, for the right role. - Advice on appropriate selection activities that support fully informed offer decisions in securing talent, including the development of interview questions, conducting interviews and assessment centres, and in the use of CRUK's approved psychometric tests - Manage a high volume of vacancies across different directorate's ensuring that priorities are identified to ensure delivery in line with business strategy and specified time frames.
