💼 Past Experience

I started my work experience as a Recruitment Department Manager at PT Adira Dinamika Multifinance Tbk., from August 2008 to December 2010. There, I managed the recruitment process for PT. Amerta Indah Otsuka, a Jurong-based company. I also worked as a Head of Talent Acquisition & Corporate Communication at PT. Amerta Indah Otsuka from October 2018 to March 2020. As a Head of Talent Acquisition at PT. Amerta Indah Otsuka, my responsibilities included managing and developing the company's talent acquisition programs,920% growth in 2017, increasing the number of employees by 20% from 2016 to 2018, and improving the workplace culture. I also oversaw the development of the company's Talent Assessment Center, new employee training courses, interviews processes, and performance appraisal system.
