From May 2007 to April 2012 (5 years) Corporate Counsel @ Counsel to global e-commerce company, with significant emphases on export control requirements, information security compliance and intellectual property risk. Negotiation of all domestic and international payment processing agreements. Advised on United States federal law and European Union directives related to security of personally identifiable information and Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standards. Knowledge of leading fraud detection methodologies.
