Based in the UK with an international reach (you'll regularly find us working on assignments in Europe, UAE and APAC) Aspen works with corporate clients to pipeline and develop recruiting talent from across in-house functions and those seeking to move into the field from external recruitment agency and executive search markets to begin their in-house career.

From July 2013 to Present (2 years 5 months) United KingdomBoard Chair @ Barnsbury is a great local housing association which has incredibly strong roots in Islington since forming in 1967 to provide affordable housing. I was fortunate to serve as Chairman of the Board from 2010-2013 during which time we appointed a new Chief Executive, disposed of long-term assets, built and renovated new properties for social tenants and maintained an extremely healthy financial position in an uncertain market. From September 2010 to September 2013 (3 years 1 month) Founding Partner @ I was one of the founding partners of Napier Wolf the leading provider of Executive Search professionals and Recruitment Consultants. Today the firm is the global leader in the sector and also provides outsourced research to clients. From February 2004 to March 2011 (7 years 2 months) Non-Executive Director @ I joined the board as a nomination from Reigate and Banstead Borough Council. The organisation is the leading social housing provider in the Reigate and Banstead area as well as having interests in the surrounding area.
