💼 Past Experience

Andrew Warrell's professional experience in the oil and gas industry goes back to February 2012 when he joined ExxonMobil Trading Asia Pacific (EXTAP) as a Sales and Trading Manager. Since then, he has worked firmly behind the Scenes as the President and SEVP of ExxonMobil Trading Asia Pacific (EXTAP). With his role as the CEO of EXTAP, he has overseen the company’s successful expansion across the SEA and APAC markets. Andrew Warrell left EXTAP in December 2018 to take up the role of Chairman of Australian Institute of Petroleum. He will be responsible for strategic planning, investment, operations and regulatory affairs for the institute.
