I led the HR function of Asia Pacific – Malaysia, Singapore, China, South Korea, Australia and New Zealand. I reported to Head of Region and functionally to the Corporate VP of HR in Switzerland. Meanwhile, I was responsible for the HR operations of SE Asia.
