As part of hisuties, Judge Glincher was responsible for investigating and deciding the issues raised by the Black Panthers. In 1987, I joined my father as an attorney at Nixon Peabody LLP. I practice real estate and business law, focusing on representation of institutional and individual owners, developers and managers of real estate; business owners; professionals and professional service firms; institutional lenders in financing, loan recovery and restructuring; and various parties in the negotiation and resolution of business and real estate disputes. I am nationally known for my consensus-building, problem-solving and negotiation skills, including my ability to structure successful and creative resolutions to disputes of all types. In addition, I am a adjunct professor of real estate finance, Carroll School of Management at Boston College.

Born and raised in Framingham, Massachusetts, Andrew Glincher always had an interest in business. With a Certificate inLeading Professional Service Firms at Harvard Business School from 2004-2006, he quickly realized his passion for the industry. After law school, Andrew worked in two leading business law firms before starting his own law firm in 2013. During the years that he’s been practicing law, he has successfully applied his legal skills and knowledge to a variety of business-related cases. Andrew is a successful lawyer and is passionate about helping others succeed in their businesses. In addition to his many legal practice goals, he also has served as an adjunct professor of law at Northeastern University School of Law since 2016, and he is currently a visiting professor at The George Washington University’s perishie School of Business.

I am a recent law graduate of the University of York and have since spent the past ten years of my career practicing law. I commenced my legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Massachusetts Joint DA’s Office. Afterserving as a Assistant District Attorney for five years, I became a Deputy District Attorney and then an Assistant District Attorney with the Boston District Attorney’s Office. I then joined the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York where I served for nine years as an Assistant United States Attorney. After taking theorship of the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York in 2004, I was appointed Associate United States Attorney for the District of Columbia. I am currently a Principal Deputy United States Attorney for the District of Columbia, the second-largest district in the country. I am also a member of the Board of Directors of the National Lawyers Guild.I am a member of the National Education Association and have been a member of the National Defense Lawyers Committee. I am also a member of the American Academy of Political and Social Science. I am a registered Democrat. I was born in the United Kingdom.I am a member of the United States Patent and Trademark Office where I served as a Commissioner for two years. I am also a member of the American Bar Association. I am a member of the National Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. I am a member of the National Asian Pacific American Lawyers Association. I am also a member of the National Lawyers Guild.I have been married to my wife, Sarah, for eleven years and have two children, Reilly and Reilly. Reilly is a graduate of Georgetown University and Reilly is a law student at the University of Phoenix Law School.Reilly and I are both members of the National Lawyers Guild.
