💼 Past Experience

Hi! My name is Andrew Burrows and I am a Finance Consultant at Old Mutual Wealth from July 2017 to December 2017. I have followed a course to become a Finance consultant and I feel very excited to be working with Old Mutual Wealth again. I have worked in a variety of different finance roles before, but this is my first full time role as a CFO. My responsibilities include working with clients to create a plan to save for their future and stay competitive in the market. I also work with other stakeholders, such as directors, managers and financiers, to help them understand and understand financial risks and issues. I also provide training and coaching to other finance professionals within the industry and I am currently working on a project to help finance businesses more financially prepared. In my previous roles, I have been responsible for writing, speaking and training sessions on financial planning and risk management, as well as providing support to other businesses in different industries. I am really excited to be working with Old Mutual Wealth and learning more about their culture and the role of CFO. Thank you for reading this and I hope to have some more detail about my work soon.

🎓 Education

Andrew Burrows completed his undergraduate studies at the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in 1995, graduating with a first class honours degree in accounting. Andrew then further completed his undergraduate studies at Lancaster University in 1998, graduating with a first class honours degree in accounting and business administration. Andrew Burrows has now completed over 20 years of professional development in the accounting and business administration industries. This has included roles such as lecturer, manager, consultant, head of payroll and human resources, secretary, controller and now CEO. Andrew Burrows is currently the CEO of a small business, with over 10 years of experience in the private finance industry.
