Vice President @ In preparation for another massive period of expansion this role sees Andrew focus on the strategic direction of one of the fastest growing and crucial divisions within Avecto, pre-sales consultancy. Andrew will be responsible for expanding the division into a number of new regions.
With a keen interest in cyber security and the end user experience, Andrew is a regular contributor to press articles, has spoken at numerous security events and has appeared on the BBC and CNBC News channels. His background in IT infrastructure and architecture ensures he can clearly translate the most complex of requirements, finding technical solutions to commercial challenges.
• Provide strategic direction and ensuring global consistency across Avecto's Pre-Sales engineering teams.
• Developed Avecto's customer journey and Pre-sales Engineering go to market strategies.
• Build and manage the Avecto's Pre-sales teams including; hiring, compensation plans, performance reviews, team/individual goal setting, professional development
• Share responsibility for establishing account presence and building trust with key contacts.
• Ensure success of client PoCs and drive the design of customer oriented solutions.
• Represent Avecto as a press certified spokesperson with journalists and analysts.
• Lead the technical pre-sales community and facilitate knowledge dissemination to both Avecto's technical teams and Partners.
• Build and expand Avecto's competitive go to market strategies
• Evangelize and present Avecto's; technologies, strategy and product roadmaps to C-level, technical management, architects and engineers
• Drive on-going innovation through working collaboratively with Sales Teams, Product Management, Support Services and Engineering teams.
• Lead the production of high quality proposals, bids, RFI/RFP tender responses.. From May 2015 to Present (8 months)
