Andrew Abramson is an Associate with Korn/Ferry International based in Los Angeles. As a Generalist, Andrew gains valuable industry knowledge by conducting due diligence on relevant organizations that in turn is leveraged to source, identify and recruit the strongest talent on behalf of Korn Ferry's clients. Andrew's research and full life-cycle recruiting in industries including Sports, Health Care, Real Estate, CPG, Retail, Professional Services, Energy and Hospitality have resulted in dozens of hires for a multitude of clients.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Andrew was the Director of Analytics for Octagon, a global sports agency. Working in the Basketball Division, Andrew served a variety of functions, including spearheading a new and unique analytical approach to client recruitment and contract negotiation.
Andrew graduated with honors from Syracuse University, and is currently pursuing his MBA from the University of Southern California.
