I currently spend a good portion of my time engaging with nonprofit groups that are seeking to get the members of their community back to work. All companies have a living breathing reputation and persona that is their company brand complimenting that brand but taking on a persona of its own is the company’s employment brand. I am an expert and helping to establish, promote and develop a company’s employment brand. They key is to ensure that your employment brand compliments your overall company message while painting the distinct picture of what it is like to be a team member in that organization. If your company does not have a distinct employment brand you are missing out on engaging with top talent.

I have been working in the field of Recruitment for over 10 years and have had the honor of sitting on the Executive Board of Directors for both the Orlando Chapter of the Florida Staffing Association and South Brevard SHRM. I have managed global recruitment teams and global recruitment strategies and partnered in creating hiring and retention strategies for multiple Fortune 100 Companies predominantly in the US and EMEA but branching out into APAC.
