VP of Customer Success at Salesforce. I have been the VP of customer success at Salesforce since the fall of 2014. My role at Salesforce includes the development and execution of customer relationship management (CRM) programs, as well as development and management of Salesforce Field moments. Previously, I was a senior vice president at Salesforce. I had worked at Salesforce since 2005. Before that, I was a manager of customer success for Allstate where I was responsible for managing and executing Allstate's customer relationship management program. I was also responsible for developing and implementing Allstate's business processes.
