My role at Salesforce includes the development and execution of customer relationship management (CRM) programs, as well as development and management of Salesforce Field moments. Previously, I was a senior vice president at Salesforce. I had worked at Salesforce since 2005. Before that, I was a manager of customer success for Allstate where I was responsible for managing and executing Allstate's customer relationship management program.
